So I am working on my patterns and will have them available soon for purchase. I will have a sneak preview of my first pattern this week and will also have it available for testers to come and pick it up. So if you love to sew, and would love to be a tester, email me for details at mail@southernbabies.com and put Pattern testing in the comment section.

There is a fee for testing patterns. $5.oo for each pattern. And once you become one of my testers, from time to time, I will give you a pattern for free to test. And once the final edition is completed of my e-book and patterns, I will send you the final edition as well.

So check back frequently.

My Baby Can Read !!

Yesterday evening, my oldest daughter was reading a book... After she read it to her daddy, she came to me and said "Mommy, I just finished reading my first book, let me read it to you" and guess what? she did. She read her First book all the way through, no mess ups. She read Let's Go Visiting. I am beaming with pride. I had to call up the inlaws and spread the news. I cant wait until the school year starts in August. She is so ready for school.
And Ella wrote her name for the first time, as she was spelling it aloud, writing each letter carefully, she wrote her name. Backwards ! hahahah and with backwards L's too. So cute. But hey, it's step in the right direction. She can spell her name and can write it too.
What a proud momma I am.
